At Resilience Medical Massage, we do take insurance! Many insurance plans offer massage therapy as a benefit. If you’re not sure if you have coverage or not, we’ll be happy to help. We love it when insurance covers your massage just as much as you do!
Please keep in mind that Resilience is an out-of-network provider. What this means for you is that we will be verifying your out-of-network benefits. Some plans have the exact same coverage whether it’s in-network or out-of-network, but others have two different types of coverage. You may have in-network massage coverage and no benefits for out-of-network, etc.

We will follow up with you within 2-3 business days. (For inquiries submitted between Friday afternoon through Sunday evening, won’t be able to be verified until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.)

Q: What do you need to see if I have insurance benefits?
A: We just need your name, a photo of your insurance card (front and back), and your birthdate. Call or text us at (541) 404-9510 or fill out the form above!
Q: I know I have massage coverage. Why do you have to verify it?
A: While you likely have massage benefits, there are a lot of factors involved to make sure your massage is covered through us. For example, some insurance plans require you to meet a deductible first, some require a copay or will only pay for a percentage of the visit, some will only pay for a massage if it’s at a chiropractic office, etc. We are only able to proceed with billing your insurance once we have verified benefits and, in some cases, we have to wait and see what your insurance is willing to cover once we have billed for your first appointment.
Q: My coworker sees your office and has a $20 copay. Wouldn’t I have the same coverage?
A: If you have the exact same plan and there is no deductible then it’s likely, but we can’t guarantee coverage until we verify your benefits. Companies usually offer different tiers of coverage so you don’t necessarily have the same plan. In many cases, it varies because if there is a deductible that has to be met, your coworker may have met theirs where you may not have, they might have the “Gold” plan while you have the “Silver” plan, etc.
Q: Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid/OHP?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. We do offer a discount for seniors, veterans, students, and the disabled so you can get your massage at a discount if you meet any of said criteria.
