Please keep in mind that couples massages require multiple therapists to be available at the same time and it takes coordinating to find a time that works for all parties — in other words, the sooner you book, the better!

Medical massage is target-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to specific problem areas. This type of massage is usually offered after a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)/Personal Injury (PI) or other whiplash injuries. Health insurance often covers massage! We work with a variety of health insurance companies and are happy to bill your insurance when you see us for therapeutic massage. Please keep in mind that different insurance companies offer different plans and we must verify your individual benefits in order to guarantee if you have massage coverage (i.e., we cannot determine if your insurance covers massage simply by whom your insurance company is).
If you’re interested in seeing if your health insurance covers massage, please fill out the form below or contact us at (541) 404-9510. We’ll need a copy of your insurance card as well as your birth date. Alternatively, we can gather this information at your next appointment. Please keep in mind that it takes a few business days to verify insurance coverage and you are responsible for the cost of the initial appointment if we were not given your insurance information 48 hours prior to your appointment.
